Refund policy

This outlines our policy in relation to return, exchange and refunds. At Maternity Finds, we prioritize hygiene and safety for mothers and babies.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used:

  • Personal care products
  • Breastfeeding and postpartum hygiene products
  • Consumables and supplements
  • Intimate or skin-contact products
  • Opened wellness items

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived severely damaged 
  • The product is missing from the order
  • A part of the product is missing 

Return Window

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Unboxing video

Exchange or Refund

Approved cases may be eligible for:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund to original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds are processed only for approved cases under the Return & Exchange Policy.

Refund Timelines

  • UPI/Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Maternity Finds.
