Pregnancy/ Postpartum/ Breastfeeding Suitability
This tea is safe for pregnant mothers. It may also be consumed during postpartum & breastfeeding. To be consumed in moderation at all times.
Why We Chose It?
Cumin, coriander and fennel are familiar postpartum ingredients to almost every Indian household, so a tea built from exactly those three seeds is an easy idea for a mother to understand. The ingredient information is short and specific with clarity as to where each is sourced (cumin from Punjab, coriander from Gujarat, fennel from Madhya Pradesh). There is no caffeine, added sugars or preservatives in this product. 30 g may last for one moth if one serving is consumed daily.

Allergen Information
Even natural ingredients can trigger existing allergies. Consult a specialist in case of rashes or allergy.
How To Use It?
Drink one tea bag (or 2 g of loose seeds, about one spoon) a day, after a meal. Add 1 spoon (2 g) to 200 ml of boiled water at around 95°C, cover and steep for about 5 minutes, then strain. Avoid mixing with milk and sugar, and use honey, lime or jaggery if you would like to flavour it. It can be consumed hot or cold, but the infusion works best in boiled water.
Who Is It For?
New mothers in the postpartum and breastfeeding months who like a simple, spice-based after-meal drink and want a caffeine-free option. It suits someone happy with a mild, earthy, slightly sweet flavour and a once-a-day routine, and who is comfortable with tea bags.
